The mod of this community would like to offer a HUGE APOLOGY to all of you. Real Life has this nasty habit of getting in the way (including right now), so I haven't been as focused on things here at the Lot. I AM SO SORRY. Hopefully, I can get it all back on track.

THANK YOU to everyone who has joined and who has submitted pictures! I'm going through the notes and messages this weekend to update everything. You are all awesome with a side of win.

Because things have been sort of...frantic lately, I've had trouble coming up with a theme for a summer contest. Anyone wanna toss some suggestions at me? I'll try to figure out some kind of tangible prize, too.

Random Thought: Anyone else here own a melodica? I had toyed with the idea of eventually making a group either here or on LJ for people who play the melodica or who are learning. (Yeah, I've got a melodica. It's a blue one. You gots a problem wif that? )

Everything here is all about Stu-Pot, who--as you all know--existed long before 2D came along. Stu doesn't seem to get as much love as his current incarnation, so that's why we're here.

We're a young club, but an army of highly-trained monkeys is working hard to make this a great place for all of YOU.

WANTED: SUBMISSIONS!

We're looking for pretty much anything as far as contributions go: artwork, fanfic, poetry, elaborate backstories, theories, comics, icons, sprites, whatever... Just as long as it involves Stu.

And in case anyone's wondering, alternate universe stuff is totally okay. Makes it all the more interesting.

If you'd like to participate, just send a note to the club with a link to your contribution and PLEASE specify how you would like your piece to be handled:

1) Uploaded as part of the Stu-Pot's Lot gallery, with a credit and a link back to your original so that people may comment there

2) Added as a club Favorite only so people are directly sent to your gallery for comments

Also, please put "SUBMISSION" in your note's subject line.

SPECIAL NOTE: Please do NOT items in the club gallery. It's not fair to the artist and it also violates policy. PLEASE FOLLOW THE LINK TO THE ARTIST'S ORIGINAL PIECE AND THERE. Thank you!
